Finally did it. I made myself run. Good. Baby steps.

1 mile, just over 9:00. Not good, but its just room for improvement. (:

Plus 30 push ups, 50 sit ups. Progress.

Week 4:

1 mile < 6:00, 5 minute rest, 1 mile < 6:00, 5 minute rest, 1 mile < 6:00

90 sit ups

Week 5:

3 miles < 18:00

100 sit ups
